Service Agreement
By scheduling a repair appointment with NY Sub-Zero Repair, you agree to these terms of service. Our technicians provide professional diagnostic and repair services for Sub-Zero appliances at your NYC residence.
Diagnostic Fee
A diagnostic fee applies to all service appointments. This fee covers the in-home visit, professional assessment, and detailed repair recommendation. If you choose to proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee may be applied toward the total repair cost.
Repair Warranty
All repairs performed by NY Sub-Zero Repair include a warranty on parts and labor. Warranty duration depends on the type of repair and components involved. Specific warranty terms will be provided at the time of repair.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand that emergencies happen and will work with you to reschedule when possible.
Limitation of Liability
NY Sub-Zero Repair is not liable for pre-existing appliance conditions, manufacturer defects, or damages resulting from deferred maintenance. Our responsibility is limited to the specific repair services agreed upon.
